JSYA-AGZ silver loaded zeolite antimicrobial powder is a typical inorganic ion-exchange antibacterial agent. Active silver ions are immobilized within the porous crystal structure of zeolite through ion exchange technology. Compared with organic antimicrobial agents, this silver zeolite features outstanding heat resistance, low volatility and stable color during plastic processing. The white fine powder can disperse uniformly inside polymer matrix, releasing silver ions slowly to restrain the reproduction of bacteria and fungi on finished product surface. It will not greatly weaken the original mechanical properties of base plastics.
