Chem Identity

JSYA-AGZ silver zeolite antibacterial masterbatch is a pre-compounded antimicrobial masterbatch. Silver zeolite antimicrobial powder is evenly dispersed inside polyolefin carrier resin through twin-screw extrusion. Active silver ions locked in porous zeolite structure can release slowly to suppress bacteria and fungi. Compared with adding antibacterial powder directly, this masterbatch delivers better dispersion, less dust and simpler operation. It maintains stable antibacterial performance under common plastic processing temperature, and has minimal impact on mechanical properties of PP, PE and ABS base resins.

The adding ratio can be adjusted to meet different antibacterial standards.
