Rutile TiO2 R556 CAS 13463‑67‑7 is sulfate‑process rutile titanium dioxide developed for footwear and mechanical rubber applications. Balanced oil absorption meets formulation requirements of shoe‑making rubber and general‑purpose mechanical rubber. Composite surface modification improves interfacial compatibility between pigment and rubber polymer. This grade addresses common challenges including poor mixing dispersion, surface speckles, uneven color and insufficient aging resistance for light‑colored rubber goods. Stable technical parameters suit mass‑production workflows: internal mixer mixing, open mill processing, molding and extrusion.
