Product Overview

Rutile TiO2 R103 CAS 13463‑67‑7 adopts sulfate process with dense silica‑alumina encapsulation surface modification. Compact surface coating effectively inhibits surface active sites of TiO2 particles. This grade is specially developed for plastics suffering from thermal‑oxidative degradation at high processing temperature. It solves common problems such as polymer yellowing, molecular weight drop, bubble generation and product brittleness caused by pigment catalytic effect. Stable batch‑to‑batch quality meets continuous production requirement of high‑temperature engineering plastic and modified compounds.

Usage Recommendation

‑ Recommended dosage: 1%‑7% by weight, adjust according to whitening and hiding requirements.

‑ Strictly ensure raw materials are fully dried before feeding, moisture will cause bubbles and silver streaks.
‑ Avoid excessive processing temperature to obtain optimal comprehensive performance.
‑ Carry out small‑batch processing trial before formal mass production.

Storage & Packaging

‑ Packaging: 25kg moisture‑proof kraft paper bag with PE inner liner.
‑ Storage: Store in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse, keep tightly sealed against moisture absorption.
