Polyethylene Oxide CAS 25322-68-3 is high-efficiency water-soluble polymer additive for dry mix mortar and plaster. Conventional additives often cannot balance water retention and construction smoothness. This PEO grade achieves stable water retention capacity while offering excellent lubricating property. It reduces mortar bleeding and segregation, improves surface finish, and can be compounded together with cellulose ethers to lower overall formulation costs.

Usage Guidance

Dry blend PEO powder evenly with cement, mineral fillers and other additives during dry mortar production. Typical dosage: 0.01% ~ 0.08% of total raw materials. It can be combined with cellulose ether for synergistic performance. Conduct lab tests on water retention, open time and crack resistance before mass production. Avoid high temperature long-term storage.

Storage & Package

Seal packages tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Prevent moisture absorption, high temperature and direct sunlight. Standard package: 25kg kraft bag with inner PE liner. Shelf life: 12 months under properly sealed storage.
