1500cst Polyether Silicone (CAS 68937-54-2) is customized silicone surfactant developed for integral self-skinning polyurethane foam system. Optimized siloxane-polyether balance delivers unique surface control capacity. It supports gradient cell formation: compact non-porous outer skin on the surface and evenly distributed elastic cells inside. The material solves common defects such as rough surface, insufficient skin thickness and internal cavities of molded self-skinning foam.

Usage Guidance
Typical dosage range: 1.0%–2.8% based on polyether polyol weight. Preblend evenly into polyol component before foaming. Adjust dosage according to mold temperature, foam density and product requirements. Small-scale foaming test is mandatory before mass production.
Storage & Package
Seal drums tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, avoid continuous high-temperature storage. Standard package: 200kg iron drum. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage conditions.
