Product Overview
2000cst Phenyl Methyl Silicone Oil (CAS 63148-58-3) is synthetic methyl phenyl polysiloxane fluid. Molecular phenyl modification greatly improves anti-oxidation and high-temperature resistance. Moderately high viscosity ensures stable oil film strength under extreme heat. This silicone fluid is developed to solve lubricant failure, volatilization and carbon accumulation problems occurring in equipment operating continuously at ultra-high temperature.
Key Features
- Ultra-high temperature resistance, continuous usable temperature up to 300℃
- Excellent thermal oxidation stability, prolong service cycle of lubrication system
- Strong oil film forming capacity, effectively reduce metal friction and abrasion
- Low carbon residue, keep equipment surface clean after long operation
- Good chemical inertness, non-corrosive to steel, alloy metal components
Main Applications
- Special lubricant for industrial equipment running under 300℃ ultra-high temperature
- Lubricating fluid for oven, drying tunnel, heat setting machine transmission parts
- High-temperature bearings, chains, guide rails and sliding mechanical components
- Auxiliary lubrication medium for thermal processing and heat treatment equipment
Usage Guidance
Applicable for dripping, brushing or circulating lubrication systems. Avoid prolonged direct contact with air under peak temperature to slow aging. Do not mix with mineral oil, acid, alkali or other foreign lubricants. Carry out regular supplement and replacement according to actual working temperature.
