It significantly enhances low-temperature impact resistance of rigid PVC, prevents brittle cracking. It has superior weathering performance compared with MBS modifier, suitable for long-term outdoor used PVC pipe and building profile.

Key Performance & TDSThe unique core-shell structure disperses uniformly in PVC matrix. Once subjected to external impact, the elastic core absorbs impact energy and stops crack propagation, effectively improving notched impact strength and low-temperature toughness. It features outstanding weather resistance, resisting UV aging and long-term outdoor yellowing, ideal for construction outdoor PVC products. It maintains good melt behavior during extrusion, does not reduce surface gloss of pipe and profile. It shows good compatibility with PVC resin, heat stabilizers, lubricants and inorganic fillers. Fine powder can be evenly dispersed in high-speed mixing system, no agglomeration. It will not cause obvious decline in tensile strength and rigidity of rigid PVC formula.
