Product Detail PageChemical IdentityPolyester polyol is hydroxyl-terminated aliphatic polyester, the reactive component for PU crosslinking. Benzoate is non-phthalate benzoic ester with outstanding compatibility with polyurethane resin. The two materials can be used individually or blended. They have good miscibility with TDI, MDI and aliphatic isocyanates, matching conventional PU mixing, casting and sealing production processes.

Key PerformanceIt effectively boosts tear strength and elongation at break of cured PU materials. It lowers formulation viscosity for better pumping, mixing and casting operation. It improves low-temperature flexibility and prevents cold cracking. It delivers stable long-term elasticity and reduces brittleness. It maintains good substrate adhesion of PU sealants and cast elastomers. Hardness and flexibility can be tuned by adjusting dosage in formulas.

ApplicationsMain applications: polyurethane sealants and castable polyurethane elastomers. Storage & HandlingStore benzoate and polyester polyol in sealed original containers in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Recommended storage temperature 10-30℃. Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources and moisture. Wear protective gloves and goggles to avoid skin and eye contact. Tightly reseal containers after opening to prevent water contamination, moisture will adversely affect PU curing. Separate storage from isocyanates and reactive chemicals.
