Product Overview

PETG Filament is specially modified FDM 3D printing consumable designed for outdoor scenarios. Each spool contains 1kg filament with standard 1.75mm diameter. UV stabilizer is uniformly blended into PETG base resin to slow down photo‑oxidation, yellowing and embrittlement under open‑air conditions. Printed parts can withstand repeated UV exposure, humidity and temperature fluctuation, delivering reliable service performance for outdoor projects.

Printing Suggestions

Recommended nozzle temperature: 230‑250℃ Recommended bed temperature: 70‑90℃ Suggested print speed: 40‑80mm/s PETG is highly hygroscopic. Thoroughly dry filament before printing to reduce stringing, bubbles and poor layer bonding. Enclosed printer chamber is recommended to improve dimensional stability. Note that UV stabilizer delays but cannot completely prevent aging under extreme long‑term outdoor conditions.
