OH Polymer 107 300000 cst is silanol terminated polydimethylsiloxane, also known as 107 silicone rubber base polymer, CAS 70131‑67‑8. This ultra‑high viscosity condensation‑cure PDMS is developed specially for concrete stamp mold manufacturing. Each batch is strictly controlled on viscosity and hydroxyl content. When compounded with reinforcing silica fillers, it forms tough flexible silicone network to bear frequent stamping force. Complete feeding, kneading and mixing operations under moisture‑free workshop environment. Mix with reinforcing silica fillers, silane cross‑linking agent and organotin catalyst. Adjust filler loading according to target hardness, tear strength and shrinkage index. Prevent moisture contamination in the whole production process, which will cause incomplete curing and sticky surface defects.
Packed in sealed 200kg iron drum. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Keep drum tightly sealed. Avoid moisture, high temperature and direct sunlight.
