Our N85 Type Natural Silica Filler CAS 61790‑53‑2 is processed from high‑quality diatomite ore through impurity removal, fine grinding and particle screening. This grade is tailored for compression‑molded rubber goods, rubber gaskets and O‑ring sealing parts. Strict control of oversize particles effectively decreases surface defects of molded sealing products. It can be compounded with carbon black, talc to balance mechanical performance and production cost for rubber sealing elements.

Usage Recommendation

  • Raw material must be fully dried before feeding; moisture will cause bubble defects on molded rubber surface.
  • Sieve inspection for incoming material is suggested to remove occasional coarse impurities.
  • Complete lab compounding, vulcanization and compression set test before mass production.

Storage & Package

  • Store in dry and ventilated warehouse, keep bags tightly sealed against moisture absorption.
  • Standard package: 25kg woven bag with inner PE liner.
