Overview
Our N85 Natural Filler CAS 61790‑53‑2 is refined from premium natural diatomite ore through impurity removal, ultra‑fine milling and strict screening. This economical mineral extender is specially developed for thermoplastic compounding and rubber extrusion lines. Oversized grit particles are strictly eliminated to reduce die wear and surface blemishes on long extruded parts. It can be compounded with talc, calcium carbonate and other fillers to balance processing rheology and final mechanical indicators for polymer extrusion formulations.

Usage Recommendation
- Typical dosage: 8‑30 % by weight, adjust according to rigidity, shrinkage and surface finish targets.

- Thoroughly dry filler before feeding; moisture will generate bubbles and silver‑streak defects on extruded surface.
- For rubber application: add in internal mixer and complete sufficient kneading before extrusion procedure.
- Perform laboratory extrusion simulation test to verify dimensional stability and surface quality before mass production.

- Store in dry and ventilated warehouse, keep bags tightly sealed against moisture absorption.
