Product Detail PageChemical IdentitySBS is styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer. SEBS is hydrogenated styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene block copolymer. Both are thermoplastic elastomers with two-phase structure: hard styrene domains serve as physical crosslinking points, soft rubber segments provide elasticity. They can be fully dispersed into molten asphalt through high-speed shearing and heating, forming stable polymer modified bitumen system.

Key PerformanceIt significantly enhances elasticity and recovery performance of modified asphalt. It improves high-temperature rutting resistance and prevents asphalt flowing under hot weather. It increases low-temperature flexibility and reduces cracking risk in cold environments. SEBS grade improves anti-aging and UV resistance for outdoor waterproof materials. Storage & HandlingStore SBS and SEBS elastomer pellets or crumbs in sealed original bags inside cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Recommended storage temperature 10-30℃. Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources and high humidity. Prevent static electricity during handling. Reseal bags tightly after opening. Do not stack pallets excessively high to avoid compression and caking.
