Mid-Temp Expandable Microspheres JSYA-EHM303 is medium-temperature thermally expandable microspheres with CAS 25103-68-8. It consists of tough thermoplastic copolymer shell and encapsulated low-boiling hydrocarbon inside. Its activation foaming temperature range is 130–150°C. When heated within this temperature interval, the internal hydrocarbon vaporizes and pressure rises, the polymer shell expands, forming fine independent closed-cell foam inside PVC and TPV matrix.
