500cst Methyl Phenyl Silicone Oil (CAS 63148-58-3) is synthetic methyl phenyl polysiloxane. Phenyl groups are introduced into the silicone molecular chain to enhance high-temperature oxidation resistance and dielectric stability. Medium-high viscosity provides balanced heat conduction and sealing performance. This silicone fluid is developed as dielectric cooling and insulating medium for dry-type transformers, power transformers and other high-temperature electrical equipment. It isolates charged components and transfers heat to avoid local overheating failure.
