80cst Methyl Hydrogen Silicone Oil (CAS 63148-57-2) is polymethylhydrosiloxane (PMHS) containing reactive Si-H groups. This silicone fluid is customized high-performance release agent for aluminum alloy high-pressure die casting. When applied to mold surfaces, it forms a thin, uniform isolating film to avoid direct contact between molten aluminum and molds. It minimizes sticking phenomenon, reduces polishing workload and greatly improves the surface quality of aluminum die castings.

Usage Guidance

Storage & Package
Keep tightly sealed, store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Stay away from open flame, high temperature and strong oxidants. Standard package: 25kg plastic drum, 200kg iron drum. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage.
