40% Hydroxy Silicone Emulsion (CAS 70131-67-8) is waterborne emulsion prepared with hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane and stable emulsifier system. After coating and water evaporation, it forms transparent lubricating silicone film on substrates. It provides lasting bright gloss, reduces surface friction, prevents dust adhesion. Ideal raw material for preparing car surface polish, wooden furniture brightener and leather maintenance agent.
Product Overview
40% Hydroxy Silicone Emulsion is high concentration waterborne silicone polishing material customized for daily care industry. The base fluid is hydroxyl functional silicone oil. After dilution and application on car paint, wood and leather surfaces, water evaporates and silicone evenly spreads to form flexible glossy protective layer. It improves surface brightness and offers good water repellency. Compared with conventional silicone emulsion, hydroxyl groups bring better intermolecular compatibility in polishing formulas.

Usage Guidance
Dilute with deionized water according to final product formula requirements. Mix uniformly under low-speed stirring. Can compound with other emulsified wax and surfactants. Conduct compatibility test with your formula before mass production. Avoid mixing with strong cationic additives.
Storage & Package
Seal drums tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Avoid freezing and continuous high temperature. Standard package: 200kg plastic drum. Shelf life: 6 months under proper storage. Stir thoroughly if slight stratification occurs before use.
