Thanks to synthetic synthesis, the wax contains minimal sulphur, nitrogen and aromatic impurities compared with petroleum‑based microcrystalline wax. During PVC extrusion and calendering, it acts as efficient lubricant, lowering equipment torque, improving surface finish and preventing sticking to metal processing rollers. Within hot‑melt adhesive formulations, it regulates melt viscosity, accelerates solidification and enhances thermal stability of the final adhesive. For plastic modification, it serves as demoulding and flow‑improving additive for polyolefin and engineering plastic compounds.
