Expandable Microspheres for Artificial Leather JSYA-WS606 is general-purpose thermally expandable microspheres with CAS 25103-68-8. It has a thermoplastic copolymer shell encapsulating low boiling hydrocarbon liquid inside. When heated during artificial leather coating and calendaring processing, the internal hydrocarbon vaporizes and pressure rises, the polymer shell expands and forms tiny independent closed-cell foam within PU or PVC resin matrix.
