100cst Epoxy Silicone Oil (CAS 67762-96-3, Epoxy Equivalent 4000) is tailor-made reactive epoxy modified silicone leveling agent for powder coating industry. The combination of flexible siloxane chain and reactive epoxy groups solves the common pain point of conventional silicone additives: migration and blooming. During powder melting and curing, it evenly distributes on coating surface to balance surface tension, realizing excellent leveling performance while permanently anchoring into coating crosslink network.

Usage Guidance
Recommended dosage: 0.1%–0.6% based on total powder weight. Mix evenly together with resin, curing agent and pigments during extrusion mixing stage. Conduct small batch baking test to check leveling, gloss and anti-fogging performance before mass production. Avoid excessive addition.
Storage & Package
Seal drums tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, avoid high temperature and direct sunlight. Standard package: 200kg iron drum. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage conditions.
