JSYA-CUZ Copper Zeolite Anti-Fungal Agent is inorganic antimicrobial powder produced by ion exchange technology. Active copper ions are loaded inside porous zeolite carrier. It is specially developed for nonwoven fabric and outdoor textile. The product releases copper ions slowly to restrain mold, fungi and bacteria growth on textile surfaces under humid and outdoor weather conditions. It can be added into spinning masterbatch or finishing liquid for fabric treatment.

JSYA-CUZ is off-white fine inorganic powder. The porous zeolite framework enables controlled slow release of copper ions, which destroy microbial cell activity to achieve durable anti-fungal and antibacterial effects. It maintains stable performance during fiber spinning and textile finishing processes without decomposition.
