Conductive Rutile TiO2 CAS 13463-67-7 Heat Stable Antistatic Filler for Powder Coating
Product Overview
Conductive Rutile TiO2 CAS 13463-67-7 is high-performance light-colored conductive filler based on rutile titanium dioxide substrate. Equipped with high-temperature resistant conductive coating, it maintains stable conductive performance during the high-temperature curing process of powder coating.
The particles can overlap to form continuous conductive networks inside coating systems for long-term static dissipation. Compared with conductive carbon black, it supports white and light-color powder coating designs. It features great thermal stability, outstanding dispersibility and good compatibility with polyester, epoxy and other powder coating resins, serving as an ideal antistatic functional filler for powder coating industry.
Core Features
- Rutile substrate with excellent heat resistance, stable performance under powder coating baking temperature
- Light color conductive material, get rid of dark color restriction of carbon black
- Reliable and persistent antistatic effect after film forming
- Good grindability and dispersion, easy to mix with powder coating raw materials
- Compatible with epoxy, polyester, hybrid powder coating systems
- Less impact on surface gloss, leveling and mechanical properties of coating film
