Its homogeneous internal structure ensures neat chip removal during high‑speed CNC engraving, avoiding chipping, cracking or smearing of the workpiece. Manual filing and trimming operations can also be performed conveniently. After the jewelry model is finished, the wax pattern can go directly through investment shell moulding. During thermal burnout, the wax decomposes thoroughly with very low residual ash, reducing casting inclusions and surface defects for gold, silver and alloy jewelry. Stable physical properties support both prototype development and serial jewelry workshop production.
