Application Scope
This high solid nano silica sol is mainly used for inkjet absorption coating. Widely applied to inkjet photo paper, inkjet canvas, digital printing film, textile inkjet coating and other digital printing substrates. It optimizes printing definition, color saturation and surface finish of inkjet media.
Usage Guide
Stir silica sol uniformly before feeding. Add slowly under low-speed stirring to inkjet coating slurry and keep continuous mixing. Avoid fierce high-speed agitation which may trigger viscosity fluctuation. Seal container tightly to prevent moisture volatilization and gelation.
