CAS 12001-26-2 Conductive Mica Flake for Antistatic Masterbatch Light Weight Conductive Filler
Product Overview
CAS 12001-26-2 Conductive Mica Flake is a lightweight lamellar inorganic conductive filler. With low density and regular sheet structure, mica flakes overlap to form continuous conductive networks inside polymer matrix. It provides stable long-term antistatic performance, excellent thermal stability and good compatibility with various thermoplastics. It is high-performance functional raw material specially developed for antistatic masterbatch production.
Core Features
- Light Weight Advantage: Lower density than common mineral conductive fillers, effectively reduce the weight of finished plastic products.
- Lamellar Overlapping Structure: Flaky particles easily form conductive channels, achieving ideal static dissipation at proper addition amount.
- Stable Antistatic Performance: Uniform conductive coating maintains steady surface resistance and prevents static charge accumulation.
- Excellent Heat Resistance: Stable under high temperature extrusion during masterbatch granulation, conductivity will not decrease in processing.
- Broad Resin Compatibility: Compatible with PP, PE, ABS, PC and other plastics, disperses well in twin-screw granulation.
- Reinforcing Function: Improve rigidity, dimensional stability and barrier performance of masterbatch and plastic products.
