Product Overview
100cst C8-C10 Alkyl Modified Silicone Oil is special long-chain alkyl modified silicone fluid designed for plastic film industry. Ordinary dimethyl silicone oil easily causes poor printing adhesion on film surface. With C8-C10 alkyl side chains, this product achieves good miscibility with PP, PE and other polyolefin resins. During film extrusion, it migrates moderately to material surface to form thin lubricating layer, realizing anti-blocking and release performance without affecting post-treatment processes.

Usage Guidance
Directly mixed and dispersed with polyolefin pellets before extrusion. Recommended addition dosage: 0.2% ~1.0% based on resin weight. Adjust dosage according to film thickness, production speed and surface requirements. Conduct small-scale extrusion test to verify surface effect and printing performance before mass production.
Storage & Package
Seal containers tightly. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, avoid direct sunlight and long-time high temperature. Standard package: 200kg iron drum. Shelf life:12 months under proper storage conditions.
