107 Base is hydroxyl‑terminated polydimethylsiloxane base polymer, CAS 70131‑67‑8. This RTV‑2 condensation‑cure raw material is specially tailored for tire mold silicone rubber. Viscosity and hydroxyl content are strictly controlled batch‑by‑batch. When combined with heat‑resistant reinforcing fillers and matched curing system, it forms silicone rubber with good high‑temperature stability. Processing Suggestions

Carry out feeding, kneading and mixing operations under strictly moisture‑free workshop environment. Storage & Packing

Packed in sealed 200kg iron drum. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Keep drum tightly sealed. Protect from humidity, high temperature and direct sunlight.
