107 Base is hydroxyl‑terminated polydimethylsiloxane, CAS 70131‑67‑8. This high‑temperature‑resistant 107 silicone base polymer is developed for RTV‑2 tire mold silicone rubber. After compounding with heat‑resistant fillers, silane cross‑linker and organotin catalyst, it cross‑links into tough elastic silicone rubber. The finished mold delivers outstanding thermal stability, high tear strength and precise pattern replication, widely used for tire prototype molds, rubber component duplication and
107 Base is hydroxyl‑terminated polydimethylsiloxane base polymer, CAS 70131‑67‑8. This RTV‑2 condensation‑cure raw material is specially tailored for tire mold silicone rubber. Viscosity and hydroxyl content are strictly controlled batch‑by‑batch. When combined with heat‑resistant reinforcing fillers and matched curing system, it forms silicone rubber with good high‑temperature stability. Reliable batch consistency supports mass production of tire prototype molds and heavy‑duty industrial duplication molds.
Carry out feeding, kneading and mixing operations under strictly moisture‑free workshop environment. Add heat‑resistant reinforcing fillers, silane cross‑linking agent and organotin catalyst according to tire mold formulation. Adjust filler loading to obtain target hardness, tear strength and heat‑resistant performance. Prevent moisture ingress in the whole production process, moisture will lead to incomplete curing and surface tacky defects.
Packed in sealed 200kg iron drum. Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Keep drum tightly sealed. Protect from humidity, high temperature and direct sunlight. Reseal drum immediately after partial material discharge. Proper storage maintains polymer reactivity and guarantees valid shelf‑life.
